- All Applications should be made ONLINE
- As per instruction given by Higher Education Department, Government of West Bengal a candidate need not to pay any application fee.
- A candidate who passed H.S or equivalent exam in 2023, 2022 & 2021 can only apply (please see eligibility criteria).
- Follow step by step instructions for online form fill-up & submission.
- Students must give their own contact no. (Preferably Whats App no.) and their own email id. These would be used to communicate with students in future.
- Candidates must upload scanned copies of their own colour photo in JPG/ JPEG format (5kb – 80 kb).
- Candidates have to upload (I) M.P or Equivalent Admit Card (II) H.S or Equivalent Exam Admit Card (III) H.S or Equivalent Exam Mark sheet (Candidates who qualified H.S or Equivalent Exam in 2023 and 2022 must upload both sides of H.S or Equivalent Exam Mark sheet and a Declaration Letter in prescribed Proforma stating he/ she is not registered in any College under Vidyasagar University. Mark sheet and Declaration Letter should be submitted as one PDF file), (IV) Adhar Card (V) Caste Certificate (If Applicable), (VI) Physical Disability Certificate (If Applicable) and (VII) EWS Certificate (if applicable). Individual document size should be between 5 KB – 200 KB. ONLY PDF FILES SHOULD BE UPLOADED.
- Candidates must upload their own credentials.
- No candidate who is already registered under Vidyasagar University can apply.
- Entire process of admission will be done via online mode and no physical presence of the candidate in the college will be required at any stage of admission.
- ADMISSION WILL BE CANCELLED IF THE DOCUMENTS ARE FOUND NOT IN CONFORMITY WITH DECLARATION IN THE FORM SUBMITTED ONLINE.
